Maximum Daily Loss: 4% of the assigned capital.
Maximum Total Loss: 8% of the capital.
Maximum Weekly Drawdown: 6% of the accumulated capital.
Maximum trade size: 1.5% of the initial capital.
(For example, we consider it a single trade or trading idea when multiple positions are opened on the same asset within a 15-minute window, or when trades are opened simultaneously.)
All trades must have defined Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP) levels.

📊 Execution Requirements

💰 Withdrawal and Progress Conditions

First Withdrawal: Requires a minimum 5% profit.

Refund: The first withdrawal includes reimbursement of the initial fee.

Withdrawal Share: Up to 90% of profits.

Allowed Tools: Manual trading, compatible EAs, and copytrading.

Prohibited: High-Frequency Trading (HFT) is not allowed.

Duration: The account remains in demo mode until consistent profitability is demonstrated for at least 3 months.
🔄 Transition to Stage 2 (Live Account)
In Stage 2, only the risk management rules apply.
There are no requirements for consistency, diversification, or daily trading activity.

📄 General Participation Agreement
1. Purpose of the Agreement:
FundedPlus grants the Trader access to an evaluation account to assess their ability to manage third-party capital under specific rules of risk control, consistency, and transparency. Participation does not imply real funding until the evaluation phase is successfully completed.
2. Risk Acknowledgement:
The Trader acknowledges that performance during the evaluation phase does not guarantee funding, profitability, or future benefits. The Trader is fully responsible for all investment decisions and waives any claim for losses, cancellations, or consequences arising from the use of the evaluation account.
3. Rights and Obligations:

The Trader agrees to operate in accordance with the Official Rules.

FundedPlus reserves the right to monitor, suspend, or terminate the account without prior notice if rules are violated.

The Trader shall not claim ownership of the account, simulated capital, or any profits generated until all evaluation phases are completed and a live funding agreement is signed.
4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:

All information provided by FundedPlus, including technology, metrics, rules, and operational structure, is considered confidential.

The Trader may not share, publish, disclose, or replicate any of this information without prior written consent.

All software, analytics, or platforms used during the evaluation are property of FundedPlus or its partners.
5. Grounds for Immediate Termination:

Exceeding established risk limits.

Using prohibited software or strategies (including HFT).

Manipulating data, history, or results.

Providing false or incomplete information.

Lack of transparency or refusal to cooperate with internal verifications.
6. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country where FundedPlus is headquartered. In case of dispute, both parties agree to submit to the competent courts of said jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
7. Agreement Acceptance:
The Trader accepts these terms upon initiating the evaluation phase and confirms having read, understood, and agreed to both the rules and this participation agreement.
This set of rules and agreement is designed to protect the company's interests and foster a professional, transparent, and sustainable environment for serious traders.
